Take the next thirty seconds to read through these simple steps and start applying them right away for some serious fat burning!
Simple Fat Loss Steps:
- Cut out the processed carbs and grains. Focus on eating whole natural foods.
- Don’t drink calories. You are killing your gut with all the soda, milk, lattes, mochas, alcohol, sports drinks, fruit juices, etc. Focus on drinking water!
- For 5-6 straight days fill your plate with lots of protein, vegetables, and healthy fats at every meal, eating when you are hungry and until you are satisfied. Then take one day per week to eat any and all food that you want (a “cheat day”). Eat your carbohydrates during the week within 30 minutes after finishing a workout!
- Kick up the intensity on your workouts. Engage in high intensity sprints 2-3 days per week and incorporate strength training 2-4 times per week. (Train no more that 5 times per week).
- Get motivated! Your mindset may be the biggest key to losing your unwanted fat. It is not going to be easy, so get dedicated and stay motivated when times get tough!
